Rotating Pneumatic Actuators

The rotary actuators are designed to operate rotating valves ball valve, v-notch ball valve, plug valve & butterfly valve for control as well as on-off service. Small size, up to ESD-160, ESA-160 are Scotch-Yoke mechanism which produces a torque curve that most closely match as the torque requirements of rotating valves. It produces great torque at the beginning and the end position of ball valves and butterfly valves.

• Inside surface finish to minimize friction and to maximize the life of the actuator.
• Double lower drilling, for fastening of the valve and centering, according to ISO5211 / DIN3337 standards.
• Lower female shaft key, according to ISO5211 / DIN3337
• standard, for assembly on valves with square key on line and 45.shaft.
• Solenoid connections according to NAMUR standards.
• Top drilling for fastening of the accessories and upper shaft end according to VDI/VDE 3845.
• Ambient temperatures : -20 to 80
